REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our Site are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any products, whether digital or physical.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (including but not limited to templates, guides, toolkits, courses, downloads, and digital resources), all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, the transaction is complete.
Physical Products: All physical product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for physical merchandise.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a physical product that is damaged during shipping or is materially defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@voxpopbranding.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may issue a replacement.
Order Issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product after purchase (such as a broken download link or access error), please contact us at info@voxpopbranding.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the access issue promptly.
Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback filed and to suspend or terminate access to digital products for accounts associated with chargeback activity.

No Returns Accepted
We do not accept returns on any products, whether digital or physical. All sales are final at the time of purchase.
Digital Products: Digital products (including but not limited to templates, guides, toolkits, courses, downloads, and digital resources) are delivered electronically and are not eligible for return. Once a digital product has been delivered or made available, the transaction is complete.
Physical Products: Physical products are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Physical Products
If you receive a physical item that arrived damaged due to shipping or is materially defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@voxpopbranding.com with the following information: your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will evaluate the situation and, at our sole discretion, may send a replacement. This is not a return, as we do not require the original item to be sent back unless specifically requested.
